Effective 8 June 2026 · Plain-English terms for using this website and working with GrowMint Media. These don't replace a signed engagement agreement — your project terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
1. Who we are
GrowMint Media ("we", "us", "our") is a founder-led digital marketing studio. Reach us any time at info@growmintmedia.in.
2. Using this website
This site is provided for information and to let you get in touch. You agree not to misuse it or use it unlawfully. The content, copy, design and images here are ours or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
3. Enquiries & quotes
Prices on the site are honest starting points; your final quote depends on scope and is confirmed in writing. Submitting a form or booking a call places you under no obligation — it simply starts a conversation.
4. Our work together
Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, deliverables and ownership. We keep things flexible and month-to-month where possible. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the final deliverables once invoices are settled.
5. Ad spend & third parties
Where we manage advertising, you pay the ad platforms directly and we take no markup on that spend. We rely on trusted third-party services (hosting, scheduling, analytics) to run this site and our work; each operates under its own terms.
6. No guarantee of specific results
We bring real skill and effort, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control. We don't promise specific rankings, revenue or results — we set honest expectations instead.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
