Every studio says they’d fix your site. Fine — here’s ours, torn down the same way we’d tear down yours. What we found, what it was costing, and what we shipped. Unedited.
Receipt 00 · we went first
We tore down our own site before launch.
The same once-over we’d run on yours: on a phone, in a hurry, the way a sceptical customer actually arrives. Three fixes came back. All three shipped the same day. Here they are.
Our only always-visible button vanished on phones.
What we saw: the “free teardown” bookmark rode the edge of every desktop screen — and was hidden on mobile, the one device our customers actually use. A reader ten screens deep had nothing to tap.
What it was costing: the exact person we built the site for — an owner on a phone at 11pm — had to scroll back to the top to act.
What we shipped: a thumb-reach action bar that sits at the bottom of every phone screen. Status: live, same day.
Our guarantee guaranteed nothing.
What we saw: “your teardown lands in 48 hours — or it’s free.” The teardown is already free. The one section whose whole job is credibility contained a promise with no content.
What it was costing: a sharp owner clocks an empty guarantee in seconds — and then discounts the four real promises sitting next to it.
What we shipped: the real terms, said plainly — month one of any plan is the audition, walk and keep everything; the 48 hours kept as a deadline we’re held to. Status: live, same day.
We asked for trust before showing our thinking.
What we saw: our whole pitch is “judge our thinking before you spend a rupee” — and there was no way to judge it without handing over your name and email first.
What it was costing: the sceptical owner — our favourite kind — bounced exactly where we should have won them.
What we shipped: this page. Status: you’re reading it.
This website is a receipt too — designed, written and built in-house by the three of us. It’s the standard we hand over.
The format · what you get
Your teardown reads exactly like that.
Three fixes — never ten, never a lecture. Each one names what we saw, what it’s costing you in bookings and sales, and what we’d do first. Filmed as a short screen-recording, written up underneath, delivered within 48 hours.

Receipts, as they’re earned
Client results will appear here. Not before.
Three of the founding five are now in: two local businesses whose social media we run month to month, and a licensed New Zealand immigration consultancy whose five-page website is in build. Their names and numbers go on this page when the work has run long enough to have numbers — in writing, with permission, or not at all. We won’t pad it in the meantime, and we won’t pretend a borrowed logo is a result.
